Educational Training & Capacity Building

Training & Capacity Building

We deliver practical training and capacity-building programs that strengthen skills, enhance knowledge, and empower individuals and teams to perform, adapt, and grow effectively.

Age-appropriate et3

Age-appropriate curriculum for 4-6, 7-9, and 10-12 age groups:

We have developed comprehensive AI and entrepreneurship curricula specifically designed for young learners, making us the first consultancy in Pakistan to offer such programs for affordable schools. Each age group receives content tailored to their cognitive development stage—from play-based exploration for 4-6 year olds to project-based entrepreneurship for 10-12 year olds—ensuring engagement and effective learning outcomes.

Play-based et3

Play-based learning with real-world applications

Our curriculum uses engaging, hands-on activities and games to introduce complex concepts like AI, problem-solving, and entrepreneurship in ways children naturally understand. We connect every lesson to real-world scenarios—from solving community problems to creating simple products—so students see the practical value of what they’re learning and develop a creator mindset from an early age.

Business thinking et3

Business thinking, problem-solving, and pitching skills

We teach children to identify problems in their environment, brainstorm creative solutions, and communicate their ideas confidently through age-appropriate pitching exercises. These foundational entrepreneurial skills—critical thinking, resourcefulness, and effective communication—prepare students to be job creators rather than just job seekers in Pakistan’s evolving economy.

Innovation lab et3

Innovation lab setup and management training

We help universities and schools design and establish innovation labs where experimentation and entrepreneurship can thrive, providing guidance on space design, equipment procurement, and operational management. Our training equips faculty and staff with the skills to run these labs effectively, facilitate design thinking workshops, and support student innovation projects.

Incubation center et3

Incubation center staff development

We build the capacity of university incubation center teams to effectively support student startups through training in mentorship techniques, startup assessment, resource management, and ecosystem building. Our development programs ensure staff can guide founders through critical early stages, connect them with relevant resources, and create a thriving entrepreneurial culture on campus.

ORIC et3

ORIC (Office of Research, Innovation and Commercialization) team training

We equip university ORIC personnel with the knowledge and skills to bridge the gap between academic research and commercial application, helping institutions unlock the economic potential of their research output. This includes training in intellectual property management, technology transfer, industry partnership development, licensing strategies, and startup formation from research, enabling ORICs to fulfill their mandate of research commercialization effectively.
